Application FAQ
Who can apply?
Licensed businesses that resell our products — smoke shops, convenience stores, gas stations, gift and specialty shops, and other wholesalers and distributors. We do not sell to individual consumers.
I am outside North Carolina. Which certificate do I upload?
Upload your own state resale certificate, or the multistate Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) or MTC uniform certificate. NC Form E-595E is for North Carolina buyers.
My file will not upload.
Files can be PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB. If it still fails, email your documents to sales@bfgwholesale.com and submit the form without them — we will match them up.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews your application and documents, then activates your wholesale account and contacts you with your sign-in details.
Is the card authorization form required?
No — it is optional. It simply lets us keep a card on file so your orders process faster.
